Lodge Officer Training Seminar, known informally as LOTS, is an annual event which occurs in early December. Newly installed lodge and chapter youth officers and their adult advisors gather at Camp Raven Knob’s Zeb Barnhardt Training Center for a weekend of learning and preparation for the new year.
Each LOTS is youth run and may focus on whatever the youth officers decide. Generally, officers spend part of a Saturday learning the basics of leadership in the OA and meet with their adult advisors for position-specific planning.
Lodge Officers Training Seminar is the place for Wahissa Lodge and chapter officers to prepare for their responsibilities.
