Wahissa Lodge was founded in 1938 by G. Kellock Hale, Jr. at Camp Lasater becoming the 118th lodge of the Order of the Arrow. The Boy Scouts of America recognizes the Order of the Arrow as a brotherhood of honor campers who exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives.
Wahissa Lodge proudly serves Old Hickory Council which covers northwest North Carolina, including Camp Raven Knob.
