Fall Fellowship 2013 - 75th Anniversary Ceremony2

Wahissa Lodge #118 was founded in 1938 by Mr. G. Kellock Hale, Jr. and Mr. William Edward Vaughan-Lloyd, Sr. at Camp Lasater, becoming the 118th lodge of the Order of the Arrow. T he Boy Scouts of America recognizes the Order of the Arrow as a brotherhood of honor campers who exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives.  Wahissa Lodge is proud to serve the Old Hickory Council, covering northwest North Carolina, and Camp Raven Knob in Mount Airy, North Carolina.  The brothers of Wahissa Lodge #118 recognize the needs to develop and maintain camping traditions by enriching camping experiences and to crystallize the Scout habit of helpfulness into a life of leadership in cheerful service to others.
