The Order of the Arrow has a very specific structure, with the Chapters working at the most local level. This is where the organization becomes most helpful to the individuals in your troop, crew or team. As with all years, the Lodge has created a list of requirements for Chapters to fulfill. These requirements not only give reconigntion to Chapters for their hard work, but also direct them in fulfilling the needs of the units they serve. Below is a list of those requirements.
